High POWER

My own journey has taken me around the world several times,
but
the journey towards self discovery is the greatest adventures of life!

There had never been a time in my lives when I so much needed a source of strength beyond myself.
I would be overwhelmed otherwise.

There are periods in life when I realized more than ever in my life is not totally in my control.
And I've always looked to God.
God is what I believe in.
We don't need to be a religious traditionalist to understand the meaning of a Higher Power.
It is a force larger than ourselves,
greater than our ego.
It's provides a sense that no matter what happens,
we'll be OK,
that we'll ultimately survive any crisis,
any horror,
any difficult time in our lives.
If there's something over which we have control
and to which we have committed,
we must to it to the best of our abilities
or not at all.
However,
when something unexpected happens over which we have no control,
we must have the faith to trust that something greater than ourselves
will guide us.
All that mattered is that we had to take responsibilities to ourselves.
Well, we all see the workd differently and I a excited for that.
Otherwise,
what a boring world this would be!

Angels aren't our only constant reminders of Divinity's devotion
to our emotional,
physical
and psychological well-being...so are our friends.
Angels bestow grace and perform miracle; so does our friends.
Angels are divine messengers; so are friends.
God speaks to us through all those intimate chats,
conversations,
and confessions.
Probably because,
if we'll listen to anyone,
it's to a pal who loves us unconditionally
and is committed to our happiness.
My friends are the jewels in my crown of contentment,
I want to treat them as preciously as I truly hold them in my heart..

A personal treasure map of my mind

I will write myself into well-being,
For life begets life,
I'll take the gentle path,
For life never calms down
long enough for me to wait
until tomorrow
to start living the lives I deserve.
With pencil and paper
(or keyboard and computer)
I could revise the universe (of my mind)
by being such a positive person,
an upbeat woman,
who's always smilling at everyone,
calm,
and reasuring.
I'll exude confidence.

Real Life isn't always going to be perfect
or go our way.

Let's begin today with gratitude.
Gratitude is the heart's memory
And the Miracle we've been seeking will unfold from it
to our wonder and amazement.

Let our eyes drink in the beauty that surrounds us
With an eye made quiet by the power of harmony,
And the deep power of Joy,
We shall see into the life of things..

A perfect day is...

When I wake up to the sweet smell of flowers

that permiate everywhere
I untangle from cool sheets
and look into the mirror..
there....
I can see no sadness on my eyes,
And I appear rested.
I look at my life with my eyes open,
And when I look at my life ledger's,
I realize that I am a very rich person.
My heart begin to overflow with gratefulness.
My silent companion has lit lantern of love
To illuminate the path to wholeness.
And I listen to the whisper of my own heart...


I've learned to be the catalyst of my own changes.
I think that things outside my control won't bring me
Happiness.
And I am willing to discover
Then appreciate the authentic moments of happiness
Available everyday
As everyday is a GIFT.

The Beginning
